Australian rockers Avalanche announce new album Armed To The Teeth!

AVALANCHE are ARMED TO THE TEETH

locked, loud, and ready to blow the

bloody roof off rock’n’roll.

Loud, proud, and born in the pubs of Sydney Australia, Avalanche are the husband-and-wife led hard rock powerhouse giving Aussie pub rock a bloody good kick up the backside with their highly anticipated debut album, Armed to the Teeth.

With amps cranked and beer in hand, hailing from humble beginnings rehearsing in a steel factory to touring ‘round the world, Avalanche are the new face of Aussie pub rock. Led by Australias hottest rock n’ roll power couple Steven & Veronica Campbell; met and married on the mean streets of Western Sydney and often described as ‘giving audiences a peek into their bedroom’ as part of their on stage antics. Together with air-tight rhythm section

Blake Poulton & Bon Lowe – this is a band raised on their dad’s record collections fearlessly carving out a new generation of Australian rock and attracting massive

attention on a global scale.

Their explosive debut album, Armed To The Teeth, is loud, groovy, and proudly Aussie. A

ten-track assault of no-bull, fist-in-the-air Aussie Rock celebration that’s all riffs, sweat, and attitude – packed with the kind of raw energy that could shake the froth off your schooner.

Avalanche will be joining Australian rock royalty Airbourne on their ‘Gutsy’ Tour across

Europe and the UK in February & March 2026 – kicking off their album launch tour to global audiences on Valentine’s day in Hamburg on February 14th and finishing off in Southampton on March 3rd; a line up truly made in rock n’ roll heaven! Followed by Rock The Boat where they’ll play alongside Rock royalty Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Matt Sorum (Guns N Roses), Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple), Robin Zander (Cheap Trick), Phil X (Bon Jovi) & more.

Produced with Grammy-nominated and ARIA-award winning producer Steve James, and anchored by the flagship anthemic title track “Armed To The Teeth” — hailed by Airbourne’s Joel O’Keeffe as “the best f***in’ rock n’ roll song I’ve heard in a long time!” — this is rock ‘n’ roll in its rawest, loudest form.

From its stadium ready opening riff to the last ringing chord, the record captures the

electricity of a band built for the stage — it’s music made for sticky floors, ringing ears,

and raised glasses. No gimmicks, no gloss — just pure pub rock fury and good-time

chaos. With a collision of hard rock ferocity and street-level authenticity, Armed To The

Teeth is both a love letter to rock’s golden era and a rallying cry for its future – a record for late nights, singalongs, and raising hell, the way rock n’ roll oughta be.

Every track bleeds sweat, swagger, and that unmistakable bar room bite — dripping with the same working-class grit that built Aussie rock and the unmatched intensity of a live gig. Big, brash, and bloody fun – from the anthemic title track and its defiant, chant-along chorus to the blues-bitten grooves and sweat-soaked solos that follow,

Armed To The Teeth delivers a sound that’s both classic and current – a fair dinkum wall of sound built to shake the walls and rattle your pint glass. Armed To The Teeth isn’t just a debut — it’s a declaration: Avalanche are here, loud, loaded up and ready to take on the world. From frontman Steven Campbell on the album: “‘Armed To The Teeth’ has been over 2 years in the making, it is quite literally our blood, sweat and beers! We recorded it 90% live with as little overdubs as possible – no editing, no

effects – just that classic old-school Aussie pub rock sound: heart first, amps cranked, and nothing held back!

And now to get to tour it around Europe & UK with our biggest childhood heroes Airbourne is an absolute dream come true! (Airbourne’s) Joel O’Keffee’s actually inspired the name; we sent him the masters and he very excitedly called us saying the track ‘Armed To The Teeth’ was one of the best new rock songs he’s ever heard, even comparing it Let There Be Rock and that it would make a killer album name! For a riff that Veronica wrote when she was 16 and listening to Airbourne, it was the ultimate praise and utterly unreal, so we just had to go with it! We cant wait to get this out there, rock with ya’s around the world and get ya’s all armed to the teeth with us!”

From start to finish, the album is a no-filler, all-killer showcase of the band’s raw power

and rock-solid songwriting. The fist-pumping title track ‘Armed To The Teeth’ explodes

with big chords, searing vocals, and a one-handed, finger-tapping riff built for headbanging. “Down For The Count” packs a knockout punch — a fighter’s anthem about getting back up when life hits hard, filmed in a boxing ring and on tour in Japan, with a chorus that is made to shout along in pubs or stadiums alike.

The ‘on the nose’ (in more ways than one!) “On The Bags Again” brings swagger and chaos in equal measure for the ultimate party anthem. “Bottle of Sin” is fast, loose Aussie rock at its finest — the perfect soundtrack to every night you’ll never forget (but can’t quite remember!) And “Dad, I Joined A Rock ’n’ Roll Band” is a tongue-in-cheek ode to bad decisions and reckless youth that you, and your dad, can headbang too!

So turn it up, crack a cold one, and hang on tight — because Avalanche are keepin’ Aussie rock loud, loud, and bloody loud!

Armed to the Teeth is available February 13th on all major streaming platforms, CD,

and vinyl.
