Jack White Drops Two New Singles Before Electrifying SNL Return

It’s been a busy few days for Jack White, who surprised fans on Friday with the release of not one, but two brand new singles. Without much warning, G.O.D. And The Broken Ribs and Derecho Demonico landed online, showcasing yet another evolution in his ever-restless sound.

But White didn’t stop there.

The very next night, he took to the stage at Saturday Night Live for a high-energy performance that brought both new tracks to life for the first time. As always, the live setting added an extra layer of rawness and unpredictability—something White has built his reputation on.

The standout moment, however, came with a reimagined take on Seven Nation Army. Joined by host Jack Black, the performance leaned into a looser, more playful energy while still delivering the unmistakable punch of the original. The appearance also marked White’s sixth time performing on the iconic show, further cementing his long-standing relationship with the SNL stage.
