KISS FACILITY
ANNOUNCE DEBUT ALBUM ‘KHAZNA’
OUT FEBRUARY 27TH
RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘CHEAP POETRY’
Paris-based duo Kiss Facility today announce their debut album ‘KHAZNA’, out February 27th via ambient tweets. The album announcement is accompanied by a new single and music video “Cheap Poetry” shot by Tomas Peña & Federico Maniá (Rosália/Arca), the second track to emerge from the album following 2025 single ‘Flesh Mix’.
Comprised of Emirati-Egyptian singer and songwriter Mayah Alkhateri and producer Salvador Navarrete (aka Sega Bodega), the band have released a string of lauded singles and an EP over the last two years, blending influences from shoegaze and indie rock with the cultural Arabic influences of Mayah’s heritage in order to subvert and challenge ideas about identity, creativity and freedom.
Alkhateri and Navarette have been working across sound, image, and performance since their first encounter. Their practice is rooted in spiritual enquiry, drawing on themes of psychic perception, ritual protection, intimacy and the afterlife as a force of future destiny. Through symbolism and real-life emotion, Kiss Facility pushes artistic boundaries whilst examining identity as a site of self-transformation.
