Rotherham powerhouses The Reytons continue their unstoppable ascent with the release of new single ‘Busker’s Paradise’ - the latest offering from their highly anticipated fourth studio album A Love Letter To A Broken Town - out July 24th.
Arriving off the back of the explosive return single ‘Jukebox’, which was met with widespread acclaim and an outpouring of support from fans, ‘Busker’s Paradise’ builds on that momentum with cinematic storytelling and razor-sharp social observation. Capturing the struggles and spirit of a street performer in a declining town, the track showcases the band’s ability to turn everyday realities into compelling, anthemic narratives. Listen here.
Alongside the new music, The Reytons have announced their first ever World Tour - a landmark moment in their journey. Following a run of US dates this summer, the band will return home in October for their biggest UK shows to date, including major headline performances at Manchester’s Co-op Live and London’s Alexandra Palace. These shows mark a defining step up, reflecting both their rapid growth and the unwavering demand from their fanbase.
From there, the tour will continue across Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, cementing their global ambitions and proving that their independent approach knows no boundaries.
The reaction to the band’s return has been nothing short of electric. After a period of anticipation, fans have embraced new material with the same fervour that has driven The Reytons’ rise from grassroots heroes to one of the UK’s most successful independent bands. That connection remains at the heart of everything they do.
Rooted in grit, humour and honesty, A Love Letter To A Broken Town sees the band staying true to their identity while pushing their sound forward with confidence. Alongside high-energy tracks, the record explores more reflective moments, delivering a dynamic and modern collection that highlights their storytelling at its most powerful.
“I honestly feel like this album is the best we’ve ever done!” explains frontman Jonny Yerrell. “A lot of bands and artists like to change direction later in their careers, but that’s just not us. We absolutely love the style of music we make, the social commentary aspects and the people who turn up to jump around with us. Why would we change? Expect more, just bigger and better with a few surprises on the side!”
