Announce UK Tour – May 2026


Acclaimed singer, songwriter, record producer, performer and Daughter of the legendary Frederick “Toots” Hibbert,and now lead singer of the new look “Toots and the Maytals” ® band, is keeping her father’s legacy alive.The band is dedicated to celebrate and pay tribute to the man who coined the phrase “Reggae” by performing songs from his extensive catalogue of hits as well as songs from her catalogue.

This sultry and talented artist has spent many years performing on stages around the world with her dad, and recorded with numerous reggae acts, including Jimmy Cliff & Lebo M, on the soundtrack of the movie “Lion King.”

Leba performed on Sly and Robbie’s 1999 Grammy winning album,“Friends”, Toots and The Maytals’ 2005 Grammy winning album“True Love”and also featured on the 2020 Grammy Album, “Got to Be Tough”.

Leba after enjoying the great success of her recent chart toping hits; “Natty Dread”,“Jamaica” and “Ragga Soul Jah”, released her first EP,“Into The Lights” in November 2023, which was produced by Sly & Robbie and High Power Records. This follows her debut self-produced album “Intoxicated”, which was released in 2010.

In 1989, the duo known as 5446,which comprised of Leba and her

Sister Melanie Hibbert, topped several charts world wide with songs such as“Ooh La La”and "Never Get To Heaven".

“My father spent this life creating a rich musical legacy and he’s respected world wide as one of the greatest Reggae singers and musician of all time.”Leba has been busy in the studios working on a tribute album to her dad which promises to be extra special. This should be released by mid 2025.
