TY FREEMAN

RELEASES ROLLICKING NEW TRACK:

“ONE WAY LOVE”

FEATURING IAN SKELLY AND PAUL DUFFY OF THE CORAL

TY FREEMAN shares his exhilarating new track: “One Way Love”, out now.

With shades of Deep Purple, Zeppelin, and Sabbath yet sheened with a laser-sharp modern production, “One Way Love” is a hard-rocking, blues-driven track with its foot firmly on the throttle.

Recorded live at Kempston Street Studios in Liverpool with an all-star UK lineup, the track features Ian Skelly and Paul Duffy of The Coral (on drums and bass respectively), plus exceptional input from producer Chris Taylor (Blossoms, Miles Kane, The Lathums).

A song of high octane emotion and unrequited love, Freeman says of the track:

“”One Way Love” is a gritty, blues-driven track soaked in frustration and heartache, the sound of giving everything to someone who won’t meet you halfway. I was inspired by The Black Keys, early Kings of Leon, Lenny Kravitz - I wanted 70s inspired Rock’n’Roll with a modern edge”. ”

“One Way Love” arrives with an engaging official video, directed by esteemed videographer Corey Rid at Ladela studios (Liverpool / London).

Ty Freeman is a Merseyside-born, Liverpool-raised British musician known for his raw vocals, vintage tone, and electrifying stage presence. From a turbulent childhood to pursuing his first solo project after years of musical exploration, Ty’s journey is carved into every note he plays.

Raised in foster care, he found salvation through music, honing his craft relentlessly guerilla gigging on the streets, in bars and clubs from Liverpool to Hamburg to Zurich. Now based in the latter location for the long-term, he has already secured a reputation as a dynamic live act with an unbreakable spirit, who is ready to step out from the underground and onto the world’s big stages.

With his Chris Taylor (Blossoms, The Coral) debut album firmly in the pipeline, earlier this year Ty played a sold-out 200-cap headline show at Zurich’s Dynamo Werk 21, while making his official UK live debut at London’s The Shacklewell Arms to a rapturous reception in June. The only way is surely up.

Raw, soul-soaked Rock’n’Roll for the misfits, the dreamers, and the survivors, Ty Freeman’s new single “One Way Love” is out now.
