ANNOUNCE 'LIVE AT VILLAGE UNDERGROUND' CINEMA SCREENINGS
ON 25TH FEB
16-DATE UK/EU HEADLINE TOUR THIS SPRING
Some gigs don’t just feel important at the time; they become a night fans won’t forget.
Last year, Keo took to the stage at London’s Village Underground on their debut headline tour. It wasn’t just another sold-out show, but the point where word of mouth had started to outpace the venues, and the crowd made the room feel almost too small to hold them.
Now, Keo announces Live At Village Underground, directed and shot by long-time collaborator Hermione Sylvester. It’s a concert film documenting the raw, unfiltered, and intimate chaos, catharsis, and connection that have come to define Keo’s live shows, placing viewers directly inside the room as it happened.
Speaking about the film, Keo says, “We filmed our set at Village Underground, and we’re releasing it in indie cinemas around the UK. It was a special night for us and a long time in the making, captured on film.”
Fronted by 21-year-old Finn Keogh, Keo emerged from London’s open mic circuit with a rawness and urgency that translated immediately to the stage. Their debut EP, ‘Siren,’ released last year featuring ‘I Lied, Amber’, ‘Thorn,’ and ‘Hands’ drew early support from Rolling Stone UK, Clash, DIY, Dork, NME, Wonderland, Guitar and multiple spins across BBC Radio 1, while feverishly intense live shows turned first-time listeners into lifelong fans. A summer of standout festival performances, including record-setting crowds at Reading & Leeds, only added to the word-of-mouth momentum surrounding the band.
By the time Keo arrived at Village Underground on their sold-out October headline tour, belief around them had already begun to outgrow the venues they were playing. Now, just months on, the band prepares to head out on their biggest headline tour to date across the UK and Europe, including sold-out shows at Manchester’s O2 Ritz, Glasgow’s SWG3 and a career-defining two-night stint at London’s Electric Ballroom.
But Live At Village Underground takes you back to before all of that, when an EP worth of songs and an unwavering belief were enough to turn a London headline show into something much bigger, and offers a glimpse of what’s to come from one of the UK’s most talked-about new bands in 2026.
The film will be screened in independent cinemas across the UK on 25th February 2026. Tickets for Live At Village Underground are on sale now, and tickets are available here. Fans attending the screenings will also receive a bespoke cinema ticket featuring a QR code, giving them exclusive early access to preorder the forthcoming Live At Village Underground album.
