ANNOUNCE DECEMBER 2026 UK TOUR
CELEBRATING THE 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF ACCLAIMED ALBUM ‘HOPE’

Following a very special immersive live show in Wales earlier this month, The Blackout have announced a headline UK tour for December 2026 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their seminal third studio album, “Hope”.
Originally released in 2011viua Cooking Vinyl, “Hope” stands as the band’s highest-charting album in the UK, entering the official album chart at #27 and features anthems "Higher & Higher", "Never By Your Side," and “The Storm.”
Following a celebrated return at Download Festival 2023, a sold-out UK tour in early 2024, and massive outdoor performances with Funeral for a Friend plus a headlining slot at Chepstow Castle in 2025, the Merthyr Tydfil six-piece are back to deliver the full “Hope” experience live. Sean Smith of the band said:
“The Blackout are very excited to play HOPE in full for its 15th anniversary at these shows…the album means a load to the band, and it was only possible to make this album because of the support from people who liked the band. It is also the 20th anniversary of The Blackout’s FIRST EP…”The Blackout The Blackout The Blackout” so we might throw a few songs in from that too! It’s gonna be a night of nostalgia, love & laughs!”
