Both London and Tatton Park will be filled with immersive workshops, thought-provoking talks from top experts on nutrition, hormones and menopause, as well as expressive art spaces, serene breathwork sessions, gorgeous small brands to shop from and irresistible food to fuel you along the way.

Festival founder, Fearne Cotton says:
I'm so looking forward to this year's festivals. It's the highlight in our Happy Place calendar. Each year it's an opportunity to celebrate and come together to learn, listen and experience something new. Whether you're a first-timer and have never even seen a yoga mat in the flesh or love to meditate daily, it doesn't matter. We cater for everyone and every age with our fantastic children’s area too. My hope is that it’s an experience and space where our festival goers can come and try something new, relax, recharge, learn something and leave feeling that bit better. We are also thrilled to be hosting at the brand-new London venue of Gunnersbury Park which will enable us to deliver an even bigger and bolder festival this summer. I so look forward to seeing you there for the Happy Place festivals 2025.
