Fresh off the back of the release of her debut project, SE9 Part 1, rising British star Skye Newman has announced The Woman I Am Tour. A run of headline UK and European dates for April of next year, marking her biggest shows to date.
The tour will kick off in Birmingham on 12th April 2026, with stops in London, Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne. The announcement follows a landmark year for Skye, whose latest releases and festival performances have cemented her status as one of the UK’s most exciting new voices.
Named after the London postcode in which she grew up, SE1 Part 1 sees Skye reflecting on her roots, identity and growth as both an artist and a young woman - blending soulful vocals with the heartfelt storytelling that has fast become her signature. Listen here.
The announcement crowns a record-breaking year for Skye, whose distinctive mix of soulful vocals, intimate lyricism and magnetic stage presence has made her one of the UK’s most compelling new voices. Over the past twelve months, she has achieved a string of landmark moments - becoming the first UK female solo artist in over a decade to see her first two singles enter the Top 20, while surpassing 117 million global streams.
Breakout tracks Family Matters and Hairdresser became defining anthems of self-expression, with Family Matters (certified Gold) peaking at No. 5 and spending seven weeks in the UK Top 10, and Hairdresser (certified Silver) enjoying a 14-week run in the Top 40. Together, they have cemented Skye’s reputation as a powerful new storyteller in British pop - celebrated for her smoky, soul-infused tone and raw emotional honesty.
Building a name for herself as a dynamic and magnetic live performer, The Woman I Am Tour is bound to see Skye take her celebrated stage presence to a new level. Her ascent so far has included standout moments from the BBC Introducing Stage at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, to joining Ed Sheeran on stage in Ipswich to perform Family Matters, to arena dates supporting Lewis Capaldi and sold-out headline shows at London’s KOKO and Manchester’s O2 Ritz. Most recently, she delivered a powerful BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge performance - showcasing both her artistry and vocal depth with Family Matters and a stirring cover of Olivia Dean’s The Hardest Part.
With SE9 Part 1 offering the most personal and self-assured reflection of her artistry yet, The Woman I Am Tour will bring those songs - and the stories behind them - to life on stage, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for one of the UK’s most captivating young talents.
Tickets for The Woman I Am Tour will be available via artist pre-sale from Wednesday 29th October, with general sale beginning Friday 31st October.
